SpaceThis one is for the ones who want to keep in touch with their friends and family via social network but without all of the hassle and inconveniences. Google has introduced this really helpful app where you can keep in touch with a number of people in a group.

sleepcastCan’t seem to wake up with your regular cellphone alarm? Then Sleepcast is perfect for you. You can wake up with not just any alarm ringtone, but your favourite music, and the best thing is that you can co-ordinate with your music system and speakers so that your alarm is loud enough to wake you up every day.

darkskyNeed an app for weather information? Try out this one. Most users who use it, usually give it a 4 star rating out of five, and say that it is pretty accurate on an total basis. You get a free two week trial, at the end of which you either buy it for 25 cents a month or you have to delete it. It also has some in-app purchases.

swapshotsAlthough the primary complain is that you need to login through Facebook to use this, the Swapshot app is pretty good for the ones who love taking snaps. You can take photos, edit them, get them printed and delivered to anybody’s doorsteps in the UK for 85p.

scienceThis app uses the sensors of your phones so that you can measure and experiment on the world around you, all with just your phone. Just enter your birthday and you are all set to go.
